Once personalized, your House of Wunder creation becomes a made-to-order piece and is therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
When adding your watch or bracelet to the cart, you will be asked to select your size. The best way to determine your fit is to measure your wrist.
Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist just below the wrist bone. Keep it comfortable, neither too tight nor too loose. The number where the tape meets is your wrist measurement.
Then choose how you want your piece to fit: close and precise, or relaxed and effortless. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

A few simple habits are all it takes to keep your House of Wunder piece looking exactly as it should.
Watches
We recommend a full service every three years to maintain the precision of your movement, or a battery replacement for quartz models.
Our watches are water-resistant up to 5 ATM. We recommend checking the seals every two years, especially before extended exposure to water.
Fine Jewelry
Keep your pieces away from perfume, lotions, hairspray, and chlorine. Remove them before swimming, exercising, or sleeping to avoid accidental damage.
Gold & Diamonds
A gentle wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each wear is enough to maintain their brilliance. Avoid abrasive materials or ultrasonic cleaners unless recommended by our team.
Storage & Travel
Always store each piece individually in its House of Wunder travel case to prevent scratching and tangling. Keep pieces away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

If your watch loses time, your clasp feels loose, or a stone appears out of place, don't wait. Contact our team at info@houseofwunder.com and we will take care of everything.
All orders ship free of charge, Monday through Friday.
Please note that orders are not processed on public holidays in the Balearic Islands for European orders, and on U.S. public holidays for American orders.
European orders are typically delivered within one week. For U.S. orders, please allow up to 15 days for delivery.
Every order includes full shipment tracking. You can follow your package directly through the carrier's platform, or contact our team at info@houseofwunder.com for assistance.
We want you to love your House of Wunder piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a free return within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
