Every House of Wunder creation purchased through our official website, an authorized House of Wunder Boutique, or a recognized House of Wunder Retail Partner is covered by our global warranty program.
Maintenance and service must be performed only by a House of Wunder Boutique, submitted through the House of Wunder Website Service Request, or handled by an authorized House of Wunder Service Center. If a product is purchased or serviced elsewhere, this warranty cannot apply.

This warranty applies worldwide.
Your House of Wunder watch or jewelry piece is guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of purchase, in line with Spanish law (Royal Decree-Law 7/2021). For the first two years, any defect is assumed to have been present at the time of delivery. After that period, the customer may need to provide proof that the issue existed at the time of purchase.
Should a fault be confirmed by our technical specialists, we will repair or replace your piece at no cost to you. The warranty certificate must be completed, dated, and stamped by the House of Wunder Website, a House of Wunder Boutique, or an authorized Retail Partner.
Extended Warranty (Optional) Customers who register their product and complete our product questionnaire on www.houseofwunder.com may be eligible for an extended warranty of up to 5 years from the date of purchase. Full terms and conditions of the extended warranty are available on our website.
We want to be fully transparent with you. This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, impacts, improper use, or negligence, components or batteries not approved by House of Wunder, alterations or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties, normal wear and aging over time, loss of water resistance after three (3) years, or water damage to watches not designed for water exposure.
For jewelry pieces specifically, the warranty additionally excludes deformation, scratches, or discoloration caused by daily wear or contact with chemicals, wear or loosening of stones and pearls, as well as resizing or modifications performed outside an authorized workshop.
Water-resistant watches bear a discreet symbol on the case back. Their resistance is guaranteed for three (3) years from the date of purchase, provided the case, crystal, bezel, and crown remain intact and undamaged. We recommend a water-resistance inspection every two (2) years, or before any extended exposure to water, carried out by a House of Wunder Boutique, through our Website Service Request, or at an authorized Service Center. Please note that battery life for quartz models is not included in this warranty.
This global warranty is offered in addition to, and does not in any way limit, the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country of purchase. We believe in full transparency and want you to know that you are always protected.
House of Wunder reserves the right to update these warranty terms. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall always apply.
